Portia Sinnott is a nationally recognized zero waste specialist, sustainability speaker and community activist. She has been organizing green events since the 80’s and is the author of the soon-to-be published “Event Greening 101” handbook which uses greening to make event organizing more efficient and more fun. The executive director of LITE Initiatives – a sustainable skills not-for-profit, she is also the vice-chair of the Sonoma County Local Task Force for Solid Waste, initiator and team leader of the Zero Waste Brain Trust; board member of the Northern California Recycling Association and a member of the Executive Committee of the Global Recycling Council of the California Resource Recovery Association.

Leslie Lukacs is the founder and principal of L2 Environmental and has over 13 years of experience providing sound environmental consulting services for both the private and public sectors. L2 specializes in the design and implementation of comprehensive sustainability programs for large institutions, public agencies, venues, and events throughout the nation. Leslie has been instrumental in pioneering the greening of venues and events and is a leading advocate for the industry. She has implemented diversion programs at national football stadiums, government facilities, universities, theme parks, convention centers, performing art centers, fairgrounds, and numerous large events. Leslie currently serves as Vice President of the California Resource Recovery Association, the state's largest resource conservation organization.

Mary Munat is a renowned zero waste pioneer who started her business in 2001 while the Volunteer and Greening Coordinator for the Harmony Fair. She has set the bar in on-site event greening services and the Green-Mary.com  team now provides event greening services all over the Bay Area. She is also Secretary of California Resources Recovery Association's Green Initiatives for Venues and Events.
